Shawnigan Lake School Summer Skills will be professionally run through their current Bantam Prep coach, James Pollock.

The sessions will be high tempo skill drills with a focus on power skating and individual puck handling skill.

James and his staff will adhere to all of the safety protocols the Health Authority has mandated in regard to social distancing, non-contact drills and proper entry and exit of the building.

James has coached at Shawnigan Lake School for 6 years and played professionally for 19 years.

He was drafted in 1997 by the St.Louis Blues and made his debut for them in 2004.

James’ forte was his shot. You can be sure that during some of these sessions there will be a focus on the different releases and shot types that are used in the game today.

James is a motivating coach and will encourage all to give their best.

Information and Requirements

Please be advised bottled water will be provided at the arena, no personal reusable water bottles will be allowed due to sanitary concerns. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration more than seven days prior to the start date, you will be issued a full refund. Any cancellations later than that will not be issued a refund.

Parents will not be able to enter the building.
